We’re excited to share the beta release of Just Dance 1 PC, version 1.1.0. This update addresses several key issues from the alpha version and brings us closer to a stable public launch.

What’s New in v1.1.0

1. Build Stability and Codec Fixes
The previous version (v1.0.1) suffered from crashing issues due to a plugin incompatibility with video playback. These crashes were caused by the use of H.265, which many Windows systems couldn’t decode properly by default.
We have now switched to H.264, which resolves the crashes. However, please note that the file size of the game is now significantly larger due to the nature of the H.264 codec.

2. Backgrounds Completed and Fixed
All song backgrounds have been completed and properly implemented. Sync and visual bugs related to them should now be resolved.

3. Removal of Non-Beta Songs
To keep the beta clean and focused, non-beta song files have been removed from the game directory.

4. Countdown Temporarily Removed
The in-game countdown feature has been disabled for now. It will return in the final release.

5. Menu Bug Fixes
Several visual and functional issues in the main menu have been resolved.

6. Cover Previews and UI Enhancements
Song previews have been fixed and updated with new covers for improved presentation.
